Update 1.01

Tweaked some elements in response to playtester feedback!

• All audio has been decreased in volume.  Sorry about that!
• The paddle now has much less inertia.
• The control screen now lists the secondary action as "boost", which is hopefully a little clearer.
• Gentle paddle hits now slow the ball down
• Added a red flash when taking damage or losing lives
• Adjusted the extra life text to be less confusing
• You can restart the game directly from the Game Over screen
