2023 balance update

Greetings, fast family! I hope you've been enjoying the last couple years of fast cars and frosty Mexican lagers.

After some additional playtesting and feedback, I've tweaked the rules so that you no longer gain Position when rolling 2 successes. This change should inject a little more danger into the game, allowing for more tense rolls and dramatic saves!
